The steps

We measure where you stand
We ask ChatGPT the questions people ask about places like yours ("Date night in your town?", "Best sushi near you?"), each one many times, and count how often it names you.

Real example: the restaurant on our home page was named in 46 of every 100 answers across all 20 of its Carrboro questions, October 2026.
We sit down with you
About ten minutes, in person. We ask what a guest would want to know: where you are, the feel of the place, hours, price and what you're best for. What you want to be known for is your call.
You check every fact
One sheet with every fact we'd publish. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
We do the work
We put those facts on your website, listings and profiles, in plain words. You add us as a manager on your Google profile and website. You never share a password.
We measure again, every month
Same questions, asked the same way. You get a one-page report and a dashboard, behind your own login.

Why ask the same question so many times?: AI answers change every time. One answer tells you little; many answers tell you how often you're named. We report that share, not a rank.
How do you know a change is real?: We compare your change with similar restaurants in another town, so a shift across the whole area isn't counted as yours. We also keep some questions private and never write for them, so a gain there can't come from teaching to the test.
Which AI assistants do you measure?: ChatGPT today, through its official API with web search. That's a close stand-in for the ChatGPT app, which can answer differently.
Why is it monthly and not a one-time fix?: Because what AI says keeps changing. The AI models get updated, the websites and listings they read change, and other restaurants work on theirs too. A good month isn't a permanent result. Each month we check where you stand, keep your facts current (hours, menus, seasons, new listings) and show you what moved.
How soon will I see a change?: Not overnight. ChatGPT has to find your updated pages through web search, which can take weeks. We make the biggest fixes in your first weeks, and your first monthly report shows what changed and what hasn't yet.
Can you guarantee more mentions?: No, and be wary of anyone who does. AI decides what to say. We make sure what it reads about you is complete, correct and easy to find, and we show you honestly what changes.
