Terms and cancellation

The short version: you pay monthly, you can cancel any time, and nothing goes on your website or listings without your OK.

What you pay for

  • Each month we ask ChatGPT a fixed set of questions about restaurants like yours, many times each, and report how often it names you, compared with similar restaurants elsewhere.
  • We keep the facts about your restaurant complete and current on your website, listings and profiles, done for you.
  • A monthly report and dashboard behind your own login.

Price and billing

  • Your monthly price is shown on your Get started page before you subscribe. Paying by bank costs a little less than by card.
  • You're billed once a month, on the date you subscribed. Bank payments take a few days to clear.
  • If your plan includes a free month, you won't be charged until it ends.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card or bank details.

Cancelling

  • Cancel any time, yourself, from the "Manage or cancel" link on your Get started page, or by emailing us.
  • Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep everything until the end of the month you've already paid for, including that month's report.
  • Cancel during a free month and you pay nothing.
  • We don't refund partial months. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.

What we will and won't do

  • We publish nothing about your restaurant until you've checked and approved the facts.
  • You add us as a manager on your Google profile and website. You never share a password, and you can remove our access any time.
  • We can't guarantee more mentions. AI decides what to say; we show you honestly what changes, good or bad.
  • We follow what we won't do: no fake reviews, no hidden text, no tricks.

Your information

  • We store ChatGPT's answers to our questions and the facts you give us, to run your reports. We never sell them.
  • Your pages are only visible behind your login.
